Before I have placed my order


How far in advance do I need to place my order?

To ensure your food is as fresh as possible, you would need to place an order a minimum of 5 days from your event/gathering e.g. Order Monday for delivery or collection on Friday

Does the food arrive hot or cold?

For your convenience everything will arrive chilled and will simply need to be reheated before serving. Obviously salad lines and desserts are the exceptions. Our Joints of Meat can be served hot or cold.

What type of packaging does it come in? 

Where relevant our dishes come in foil ovenable trays (mains & sides). These can be used to serve the food if required. Our salads come in resealable tubs that are easily stacked in the fridge. Desserts come in cardboard cake boxes & sit on a cake base.

Is the packaging recyclable?

We have tried our best to source recyclable packaging. All our salad tubs and foil trays can be washed out and placed in standard recycling. All cardboard items are recyclable. Film and labels are not yet recyclable but we are working on it.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, we don't have a minimum order quantity. However, please note if you are getting product delivered there is a delivery charge of €8

Is there an option to get extras supplied - plates etc?

Unfortunately, not right now but who knows we may offer that service in the future.

Is the meat Irish?

Yes, all our Meat & Poultry is 100% Irish. 

How long do products take to cook/heat?

As a general guide our mains take 50-55 mins whilst our sides take 30-35 mins to heat in a preheated oven @ 200 c/180c fan/Gas Mark 6. Some dishes are suitable for heating on the hob or microwave. All cooking instructions are referenced on the products label so please read these before heating.

How do I know what allergens are contained in each product?

All our allergens are available on line and are on our printed menu. If you have any specific queries please contact us on

How many people do your dishes feed?

This can vary by dish and is noted on our online menu after each product. As a general guide mains serve between 6-8 people, sides serve 8 and salads serve 14. Desserts vary depending on what one you choose!

Where can I get Nosh & Co.?

Nosh & Co. can be ordered online through It is available for delivery or collection in 3 SuperValu stores - Lucan, Swords, Ballinteer. We will be adding more locations over the coming weeks so watch this space for more updates.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there is an €8 delivery charge.

What are the use by dates on products?

All our dishes have a minimum of 3 days shelf life. Please note we clearly mark the use by date on the label of all products.

Can I taste before I order?

If you would like to try any of our Nosh & Co. any of our partner stores would be glad to help. Please speak to the Deli Manager in store. Please note this will take a minimum of 5 days.

When can I collect my order?

Your order can be collected from your chosen store between 9a.m. - 6p.m. on the selected day. Please collect your order from the Deli counter giving your name and reference number to the person at the counter. Please be reminded that if you have alcohol as part of your order you cannot collect the order until after 10.30a.m. Monday to Saturday and after 12.30p.m. on Sunday.

When can I get my order delivered?

Yes, we can deliver your order direct to your door once you are within the designated delivery zones. If you're not you will be prompted to collect in store. We offer 3 delivery slots per day Monday to Saturday & 2 slots on Sunday - detail below.
Monday to Saturday - 10.30a.m.-12.30p.m. , 2p.m.-4p.m. , 7p.m.-9p.m.
Sunday - 12.30p.m.-2.30p.m., 2.30p.m.-4.30p.m.


After I have placed my order


Can I change my delivery or collection details (time/date etc)?

Yes, provided this is done within the 5 day lead time. Please contact the store directly and ask to speak to the Deli Manager to make any changes. The store details will be on your order confirmation.

Can I change my order to add more or reduce it?

If you need to amend your order you will need to do so within 5 days of delivery/collection.
To add to your order you can go online and place another order - this will be set aside with your original order to be delivered/collected in store as chosen by you. To remove items from your order the store will process a refund for you so please contact them directly and ask to speak to the Deli Manager.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order you will need to do so within 5 days of delivery/collection. Please contact the store and ask to speak to the Deli Manager and they will process a refund for you.

What do I do if my order is damaged or something is missing?

Please call the store and ask to speak to the Deli Manager for a refund/suitable alternative.
